Browser-side image processing
Exact KB and Resize are designed to perform their core image processing in the browser. That keeps these workflows fast and avoids sending the image to the sharing backend simply to change its size or dimensions.

Temporary sharing workflows
A link has to be available from another device, so Share Link, One-Time View and Password Protected Image require an upload to the configured temporary sharing service. Access records and files are designed around expiry rather than permanent storage.

Important: Privacy controls reduce casual or repeated access, but no website can prevent a viewer from taking a screenshot, photographing a screen, or otherwise recording an image after it becomes visible.

Do I need an account to use ImgVoro?
The current core tools are designed to work without requiring an account. Security verification may still be required before protected actions such as uploads or form submissions.
Are shared image links permanent?
No. ImgVoro is built around temporary sharing. A link can expire based on the selected expiry option, and one-time links can stop working after the first successful view.
Does Exact KB always hit the exact number?
Image compression has practical limits. ImgVoro searches for a close quality level at the original dimensions first, but some files cannot reach a very small target without reducing dimensions.
Does resizing upload my image?
The Resize workflow is designed to run in the browser and produce a downloadable result without using the temporary sharing backend.
Can a one-time link prevent screenshots?
No. A one-time link can limit repeated access through the same URL, but it cannot technically stop someone from capturing the displayed image.
Which format should I choose?
JPG is usually practical for photos, PNG is useful for screenshots and transparency, and WebP is often a good choice for modern web delivery and smaller files.
