ImgVoro brings practical image utilities into a single clean workflow. Create a temporary link, reduce a file toward a target size, resize to exact dimensions, or add a little more control to private sharing — without jumping between multiple tools.
Create a temporary URL for a JPG, PNG or WebP image and choose how long the link should remain available.
Explore sharing →Compress an image toward a target file size while preserving the original dimensions whenever the source allows it.
Explore compression →Set exact pixel dimensions, keep aspect ratio when needed, and export in a web-friendly image format.
Explore resize →Create a short-lived viewer link intended to stop working after the first successful view, with a fallback expiry.
Explore one-time view →Require a password before the image is shown and optionally add a short message for the viewer.
Explore protection →The interface stays intentionally simple so the settings you need are visible without turning a quick image task into a complicated editing session.
Start with the outcome you need: a link, a smaller file, new dimensions, one-time access, or password-protected viewing.
Choose expiry, target KB, image dimensions, output format or privacy options depending on the selected workflow.
Download locally processed images or copy the generated temporary viewer URL for the sharing tools.
Resize artwork, make lighter uploads and create temporary preview links for collaborators before publishing.
Share visual QA screenshots, handoff previews and temporary references without turning them into permanent cloud folders.
Use Exact KB when a portal has a strict file-size limit, then download the result ready for upload.
Resize large source images to practical dimensions and export a web-friendly format before uploading to a CMS.
Send a temporary preview URL instead of attaching the same image repeatedly across email or chat threads.
Use a one-time or password-protected viewer when a normal public link is not the right sharing method.
Exact KB and Resize are designed to perform their core image processing in the browser. That keeps these workflows fast and avoids sending the image to the sharing backend simply to change its size or dimensions.
A link has to be available from another device, so Share Link, One-Time View and Password Protected Image require an upload to the configured temporary sharing service. Access records and files are designed around expiry rather than permanent storage.
Usually a strong choice for photos, gradients and images where a smaller file is more important than lossless pixel accuracy.
Useful for screenshots, graphics, logos and images that need transparency or sharp flat-color detail.
A practical modern format that can offer strong visual quality at smaller file sizes for many website and sharing workflows.

No. ImgVoro is built around temporary sharing. A link can expire based on the selected expiry option, and one-time links can stop working after the first successful view.
Image compression has practical limits. ImgVoro searches for a close quality level at the original dimensions first, but some files cannot reach a very small target without reducing dimensions.
The Resize workflow is designed to run in the browser and produce a downloadable result without using the temporary sharing backend.
No. A one-time link can limit repeated access through the same URL, but it cannot technically stop someone from capturing the displayed image.
JPG is usually practical for photos, PNG is useful for screenshots and transparency, and WebP is often a good choice for modern web delivery and smaller files.

ImgVoro is not a full photo editor. It is a focused utility layer for common image tasks that usually need to be completed quickly. Each tool has a specific purpose so the interface stays simple and predictable.
Create a temporary URL when another person needs to open the image from a browser.
Reduce an image toward a required file-size target for forms, portals and lighter uploads.
Change pixel width and height while optionally keeping the original aspect ratio.
Create a viewer URL intended for a single successful image view with a fallback expiry.
Add a password requirement before the image is displayed to the viewer.
Upload and form actions use a verification session to reduce automated abuse.
Exact KB is designed for portals and forms that enforce a maximum or preferred image file size. ImgVoro adjusts compression quality while trying to preserve the original dimensions.
Resize changes image dimensions in pixels and supports an aspect-ratio lock for proportional resizing. It is useful for website uploads, social graphics, profile images, CMS requirements and email-friendly screenshots.
When enabled, changing one dimension automatically calculates the other to preserve the source proportions.
Choose WebP, JPEG or PNG depending on the destination and the type of visual content.
This mode is intended for short-lived viewing through a dedicated viewer URL. The same link is designed to become unavailable after the first successful image view, while a fallback expiry handles unused links.
Use a password-protected viewer when the recipient should know a password before the image is shown. You can also set an expiry and add an optional viewer message for context.
The current backend is designed so the password is not stored as readable plaintext in the application workflow.
Useful for temporary approvals, private references and cases where a normal public URL is not appropriate.
Temporary links are not a backup service. Keep your original image somewhere you control.
If a recipient only needs the image briefly, choose a shorter expiry rather than leaving the link available longer than necessary.
Avoid sending passwords, private keys, payment-card details or other credentials through image-sharing workflows.
ImgVoro combines browser-side processing with temporary online sharing, giving each image task the simplest workflow that fits it.
ImgVoro is built for utility work: quickly getting an image into the right size, dimensions or sharing mode. That means fewer controls, faster decisions and a cleaner path from input to result.
Start the current workflows without going through a registration dashboard.
Compression and resizing are designed around local processing for speed and privacy awareness.
Sharing tools focus on short-lived access rather than permanent media hosting.
Normal temporary links, one-time viewing and password protection support different sharing needs.
WebP, JPEG and PNG are supported where the selected workflow allows them.
Verification, rate limiting, contact and abuse-report workflows help support responsible operation.
These tools are designed to work with browser image APIs so the image does not need to be uploaded just to change its compression quality or pixel dimensions. This also makes the workflow feel immediate on modern browsers and devices.
Create a shareable URL with an expiry window suitable for ordinary previews and short-lived references.
Designed to invalidate access through the same viewer link after the first successful image view.
Add a password gate and an optional message for the recipient before the image becomes visible.
ImgVoro uses practical controls, but it does not make unrealistic claims. A protected link can reduce casual access; it cannot guarantee secrecy after an image is displayed. Security verification and access tokens help reduce automated abuse of backend actions.
| Format | Typical strength | Transparency | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| JPEG | Efficient photo compression | No | Photos, gradients, general sharing |
| PNG | Sharp lossless graphics | Yes | Screenshots, UI, logos, transparent graphics |
| WebP | Modern web-friendly compression | Supported | Web delivery and smaller modern files |

Learn the practical side of image size, dimensions, formats, temporary URLs and privacy-aware sharing — without needing to become an image-processing expert.
What an image URL is, how temporary links work, and when a share link is more convenient than an attachment.
Why file size is not the same as dimensions, what quality compression changes, and why very small targets can be difficult.
Understand width, height, aspect ratio and the difference between making an image smaller and compressing it.
A practical comparison for photos, screenshots, transparency, website uploads and file-size efficiency.
What each sharing mode can and cannot protect, plus common misconceptions about screenshots and one-time access.
How oversized images affect page weight, upload time and user experience, and what to optimize before publishing.
Dimensions are width and height in pixels. File size is the amount of storage the encoded image uses. You can change one without necessarily changing the other.
Lossy formats can reduce file size by discarding some visual information. The practical goal is usually the smallest acceptable file, not the lowest possible quality.
A temporary link is for short-lived access. Important images should still have a permanent original copy stored somewhere you control.
ImgVoro currently uses a Cloudflare Worker backend for verified uploads, temporary sharing and form handling. A public third-party API product has not been opened yet.
The website separates browser-side image work from backend actions. Compression and resizing can run locally, while temporary links require a server-side upload so the result can be opened from another device.
Handles local image processing, UI state and downloadable output for Exact KB and Resize.
Handles verification, upload requests, temporary access records, contact submissions and abuse reports.
Stores the uploaded file needed by sharing modes so the generated viewer or image URL can be opened remotely.
These routes are used by the current ImgVoro web application. They are not a promise of stable public API compatibility for third-party integrations.
| Route | Purpose | Access |
|---|---|---|
/verify-access | Validates the human-verification token and returns a short-lived access session. | Web app |
/upload | Creates temporary, one-time or password-protected sharing records. | Verified session required |
/contact | Accepts the contact form and returns a reference number. | Verified session required |
/report-abuse | Accepts reports about an ImgVoro URL that may violate service rules or rights. | Verified session required |
Dedicated credentials instead of browser verification sessions.
Clear request limits, file limits and retention rules for integration workloads.
Stable request schemas, response formats, error codes and migration guidance.
Until that product exists, automated third-party use of the web-app endpoints should not be treated as supported integration access.
ImgVoro is a focused image utility service built around a simple idea: common image tasks should be fast, understandable and available without a heavy editing workflow.
People regularly need to reduce an image for a form, resize a screenshot, send a temporary preview or add a little more control to a private handoff. These tasks are small, but they are often scattered across different tools. ImgVoro brings them into one consistent experience.
Show the controls needed for the job and avoid adding complexity that belongs in a full photo editor.
Keep processing local when a remote upload is not required, and clearly separate that from workflows that need temporary storage.
Sharing features are intended for short-lived access rather than replacing permanent cloud storage or backups.
Verification, rate limits and abuse reporting are part of the product rather than being treated as an afterthought.
Explain what features cannot guarantee, including the fact that one-time or password-protected viewing cannot prevent screenshots.
The result should be easy to copy, download or share without unnecessary steps.
Future development may include higher limits, additional image utilities, richer sharing controls and a documented public API. Planned features are only considered available when they are actually released and described on the relevant product page.
This policy explains how ImgVoro handles images, technical information and form submissions when you use the service.
ImgVoro is designed around two different kinds of processing: local browser processing for certain image utilities, and temporary server-side processing when a shareable online link is required. The information handled therefore depends on the tool you choose.
Exact KB and Resize are designed to perform their core image transformation in your browser. In normal use of those tools, the image does not need to be sent to the temporary sharing backend simply to produce the downloadable result.
Share Link, One-Time View and Password Protected Image require an upload because the resulting URL must be accessible from another device. The service may process the image file, selected expiry, sharing mode, optional viewer message and related access records needed to provide that feature.
ImgVoro may process limited request metadata and security signals needed to verify access, apply rate limits, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service problems. This can include timestamps, request identifiers, IP-derived security information, browser or device information, and verification-session data.
If you submit a Contact or Report Abuse form, the service processes the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, reported URL, selected reason, supporting reference and message text. These submissions are used to review and respond to the request.
The web application may use browser storage such as session storage to keep a short-lived verification or access token during your session. This helps avoid repeating the security check for every protected action. Clearing browser data or ending a session may remove that token.
Process, resize, compress, store temporarily or display an image depending on the workflow you choose.
Detect abuse, enforce technical limits and validate security sessions.
Review contact requests, technical problems and abuse reports.
ImgVoro may rely on infrastructure and storage providers to operate the website, deliver files and run security controls. Those providers can process information on behalf of the service as necessary to provide their infrastructure functions.
Temporary sharing records are intended to expire according to the selected access mode or cleanup rules. Security logs and contact or abuse records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for troubleshooting, abuse handling, legal compliance or service protection. Retention periods can evolve as the product matures.
ImgVoro uses reasonable technical controls for the type of service being provided, including verification and limited-access sessions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and no image viewer can prevent a person from capturing content after it is displayed.
You can choose a local-processing tool when you do not need a shareable URL, select a shorter expiry when sharing, avoid including sensitive information in viewer messages, and use the Contact page for privacy questions related to the service.
ImgVoro is not designed as a service specifically for children. Users should not upload or share content involving minors in a way that violates privacy, safety or applicable law.
The policy may be updated as the service changes. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date and the wording on this page.
Use the Contact page for privacy questions. Use Report Abuse when the issue concerns a specific ImgVoro URL.
These terms describe the rules for using ImgVoro's image-processing and temporary-sharing features.
You may use ImgVoro for lawful image processing and sharing. You are responsible for your use of the service, the content you upload and the people with whom you share generated links.
You must have the rights, permission or other lawful basis needed to process and share any image you upload. You keep ownership of content you are entitled to own; using the service only grants ImgVoro the limited permission needed to process, store temporarily and deliver the content for the selected feature.
ImgVoro is not a backup service. Shared images and associated records may expire, be removed, become unavailable or be deleted as part of normal cleanup, abuse handling, maintenance or service changes. Keep your own original copy of anything important.
These features provide additional access controls but do not guarantee confidentiality after an image is displayed. A viewer may still take screenshots, record the screen or otherwise capture the content.
The service may use verification, rate limits, file-size limits, temporary access tokens and other controls. You may not attempt to defeat those controls or use the service in a way that unreasonably interferes with other users or infrastructure.
ImgVoro offers free access and paid monthly or annual subscriptions through Paddle. Available features, usage limits, prices and billing intervals are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Features labeled Coming Soon are not available today and are not guaranteed until released. For billing questions or help managing a subscription, use the Contact page; refund information is provided in the Refund Policy.
Features, technical limits, supported formats, storage behavior and interface details may change as ImgVoro evolves. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep important public information current, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
ImgVoro is provided on an as-available basis. You are responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate for your use case and for keeping independent copies of important files.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service should not be treated as responsible for losses caused by expired files, unavailable links, third-party capture of displayed images, incompatible browsers, user error or reliance on ImgVoro as the only copy of important content. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
ImgVoro may restrict access, remove content or block abusive activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, rights holders or the service. Abuse reports may be reviewed before action is taken where practical.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date on this page should be updated when the terms materially change.
Use the Contact page for general questions about these terms, and Report Abuse for issues involving a specific ImgVoro URL.
Send a support question, technical issue, privacy request or partnership inquiry. A successful form submission returns a reference number you can keep for follow-up.
Include enough detail to reproduce the issue when you are reporting a technical problem. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card information or other secrets through this form.
Modern image processing relies on browser APIs. An outdated browser can cause file-processing issues.
Use one of the formats accepted by the selected tool and make sure the file is not corrupted.
If an upload action says the verification session expired, complete the security check again and retry the action.
Report a specific ImgVoro URL that may violate rights, privacy, law or the service rules. Clear reports with direct evidence are easier to review.
Content that appears to use protected material without permission or a lawful basis.
Images shared without appropriate permission or in a way that may unlawfully expose private information.
Links being used for deception, malware distribution, impersonation or other harmful activity.
Provide the exact ImgVoro URL and enough detail to understand the concern. Where relevant, include an original source, case number or other supporting reference.
A successful report returns a reference number. Reports may be reviewed for completeness, relevance and supporting evidence. Depending on the issue, ImgVoro may restrict access, remove content, preserve limited records where legally necessary or request additional information. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Clear terms for ImgVoro paid subscriptions processed through Paddle.
ImgVoro offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for eligible transactions.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, purchased the wrong plan by mistake, experienced a duplicate charge, or were unable to use the paid service because of a material technical issue, contact us as soon as possible after the charge.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve a full or partial refund where appropriate, including duplicate billing, accidental purchase, unauthorized purchase reported promptly, or a significant service failure that prevented reasonable use of the paid features.
Refunds may be declined where the service was substantially used, where usage limits or included credits were consumed, where the request is based only on a change of mind after substantial use, or where the account violated our Terms of Service.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and are subject to Paddle's payment processing timelines and any applicable consumer-law requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To request a refund, use the Contact page and include the email used for the purchase, the plan purchased, the approximate charge date, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
